Astraseal Trade, the highly renowned trade & commercial fabricator based in Wellingborough, have recently launched their new Tilbrook door, adding further quality to their extensive door range.
The door’s fine design is reminiscent of a 1930s style door. They are compression moulded, giving off a high-definition panel design that emulates the character of timber, ensuring for an attractive appearance. They’re available with a variety of decorative glass designs, threshold and locking options and customisable furniture. Plus, they can be finished in any RAL colour, allowing the aesthetic and practical requirements of virtually any project to be fulfilled.
The stiles and rails are composed of a water-resistant polymer which is bonded to the skin. This severely lowers the impact of water ingress on the door, ensuring for high levels of resistance to shrinking and warping. The slab of the door is manufactured from Thermoset GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) and is pre-hung into a REHAU fully reinforced GRP door frame. This material is exceptionally durable and resistant to various forms of damage, including scratching and chipping. This ensures for a long-lasting, low maintenance entrance door solution.
With an insulating core that is constructed from 100% CFC-free polyurethane, the thermal performance of the door is nothing short of outstanding either. Although this is not unique to this particular door, Astraseal’s door range is renowned for their excellent thermal qualities.
After adding another excellent entrance door to their selection of trade products, it’s hoped that the new Tilbrook door can replicate the recent success enjoyed by the Aliterm 800, their innovative aluminium flush casement window. However, Astraseal’s range is far from limited to these two products; their selection includes windows, doors, conservatories, verandas and more, with options constructed from both aluminium and uPVC.
Astraseal Trade has been supplying products for domestic and commercial projects for over 30 years. Offering nationwide delivery and quick lead times, they use market-leading systems from Eurocell, REHAU, Smart Systems & more.
