The VS600 vertical sliding window represents a groundbreaking addition to the Smart Systems product line. It combines the classic aesthetics of a sash window with the benefits of a modern thermal aluminium profile, allowing for a flush opening that doesn’t project into or out of the building. This makes it an ideal choice for conservation areas where Georgian and Victorian architecture is common. In addition to the vertical sliding sash, the VS600 features a ‘tilt-in’ operation that simplifies the cleaning of the external glass. The system also includes a low-line glazing gasket that accommodates 28mm sealed units, as well as options for concealed drainage and coupling.
