Our REHAU uPVC doors are a perfect match for our range of uPVC windows and conservatory roofs, offering multiple high selling points to the end-user, such as reduced maintenance and increased energy efficiency and security.

We manufacture doors using REHAU’s Total 70 system in the following styles: entrance, bifolding, French, patio, in both Chamfered and Sculpture profiles. Total 70 is a multi-chambered system offering high levels of thermal insulation and weatherproofing.

Modern style and high performance Smarts aluminium doors

We manufacture Smarts aluminium entrance, bifold, French and patio doors. Their strong profile offers increased security to the end user, and the slim sightlines of this material also particularly enhances the aesthetics of patio and bifolding aluminium doors.

Our aluminium styles can achieve the same high levels of thermal efficiency as our uPVC doors thanks to a polyamide thermal break, and energy efficient glazing. Doors can also incorporate toughened safety glass, where impact to the sealed unit is most likely to occur.

Astraseal composite doors are constructed from a high-quality door slab and REHAU Total 70 frames. They’re the perfect solution for any homeowners looking for an advanced thermal and security performance without sacrificing style.

The framing utilises multiple-chambers to trap heat, which ensures for an exceptional thermal performance when combined with the ultra-dense foam core. Additionally, an impact resistant Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) exterior is present, plus a Winkhaus locking system for a durable, highly secure door.

Multiple configurations, style and colour options to suit any installation

All of our uPVC and aluminium doors are manufactured to meet current Building Regulations, but they can be adapted to meet specific security and performance requirements you or your customer might have. We offer a variety of door styles which are suitable for a range of installations in a wide choice of styles, colours and finishes and glazing options.

Our REHAU frames can be foil finished from the REHAU range, which includes dual colour options and wood grain effect foils if the customer wants a natural timber look without the high levels of maintenance. We can also offer all uPVC frames in over 150 shades from the RAL colour chart with our in-house spray coating facilities.
