MC Wall is a dramatic yet practical façade which is ideal for small and large multi-storey office buildings. This system can accommodate all of our aluminium windows, doors and horizontal sliders.

  • 79mm – 250mm frame depth, 55mm frame width
  • Option of sloped or facet shaped glazing; allows maximum light to enter a building
  • Single glazing and 24mm to 33mm double glazing options
  • Concealed transoms for seamless glass to glass joints
  • Powder coated or anodised finishes available including dual colour options
  • Complies with Document L and passes CWCT standards

SC Frame is a thermally efficient system suitable for low to medium rise façades such as large shop fronts and showrooms. This system can accommodate a wide range of Astraseal aluminium windows and entrance doors.

  • 75mm, 100mm and 125mm frame depth, 55mm frame width
  • Provides maximum glass area and ingress of light
  • Available in 6mm, 10mm and 12mm single glazing, and 24mm, 28mm and 32mm
  • double glazing
  • Powder coated or anodised finishes available including dual colour options
  • Complies with Document L for thermal transmittance

Rehau Polytec

REHAU Polytec 50 curtain wall

Curtain WallingIn addition to aluminium systems from Smarts, Astraseal can also provide curtain walling systems from REHAU. Suitable for both replacing existing curtain walling systems, and installing for new build projects, the REHAU Polytec 50 system combines steel, aluminium and PVC-U profiles to provide a system which appears as standard aluminium on the outside, but offers the unique benefits of all three materials.

  • Reduced CO2 emissions due to high levels of thermal insulation
  • Seen or concealed pressure plate screws behind the profile
  • Slim sightlines with a depth of just 50mm
  • REHAU Polytec 50 PHZ available for even greater thermal performance
  • REHAU Polytec 50 AS able to cater for roof glazing
