In March 2020 Astraseal became the first UK manufacturer to be awarded the third-party certification under the BM Trada scheme, STD170. The new Astraseal Fire Safety Doors were approved by BM Trada under the Q Mark Scheme – an independent third-party certification scheme that assures performance, quality, reliability and traceability of fire protection products.
Leading the way for higher Fire Door safety, Astraseal are committed to offering an industry leading range and package, with the current inclusions of glazed door designs, glazed top lights and side panels, full fire door screens and standalone fire rated windows all available as fully third-party certified products. This is enhanced with the impressive range of door designs, colours and door slab cores.

We offer a comprehensive Fire Safety door package. A start to finish solution backed up by extensive testing to the most onerous standards and certified by industry leading experts. This package provides a solution from enquiry through survey, design, manufacture and installation and go on to include an opportunity for a maintenance contract. All stages of the process is subject to testing, training programmes and certification to give clients the assurance they every door is backed with unequivocal evidence proving its performance.
Our fully certified FD30 composite door range is also available as part of our supply only package. Each door is supplied with a QR code to allow installers digital access to a comprehensive information pack containing full certification, installation and fitting guides. We can also supply sealants, foams, packers and fixings that have all been successfully tested as part of our live fire door testing programme and are included within the certification scopes, everything you need to fit a fully complaint FD30 composite door.
