Master fabricator Astraseal is celebrating an impressive achievement as the firm is shortlisted for not one, but two awards at the prestigious G Awards 2017.
The Wellingborough-based business which specialises in uPVC and aluminium is not only a finalist for ‘Customer Care Initiative of the Year’, they’re also in the running for the highly-coveted ‘Fabricator of the Year’ award.
“As you can imagine, we are absolutely delighted to be finalists in two high-profile G Awards,” comments Astraseal’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Zac Nedimovic. “The two nominations validate our philosophy at Astraseal of putting our customers first at all times and giving them everything they need to succeed – whether that’s through products, services or support.”
Customer Care Initiative
Their nomination for ‘Customer Care Initiative’ recognises ACIN, the firm’s brand-new Approved Commercial Installer Network. Through ACIN, commercial installers can gain unprecedented access to projects worth between £50k-£500k in their local area, where much of the preparation work has already been completed by Astraseal.
Members are presented with an almost complete tender to which they only need to add their installation costs. If successful, members receive the supply element from Astraseal and complete the project. As part of the scheme, members also receive nationwide discounts and an abundance of support from Astraseal.
Fabricator of the Year
Shortlisting for ‘Fabricator of the Year’ comes at a time where Astraseal has once again extended its industry-leading range. Alongside uPVC and aluminium products from leading systems houses including Eurocell, REHAU and Synseal, they have added aluminium verandas, the new Skypod Acute from Eurocell and the Stratus Thermal Lantern Roof.
